A haircut, beard trim and combined appointment may take different amounts of time. Use the duration you actually need, including preparation and cleanup. An overly short duration can create pressure during the day. Keep each service's price and description clear so customers choose the right option.
Set hours and protect your breaks
In My Page, save your working hours and uncheck closed days. Add breaks and time off below opening hours. Available slots account for hours, service duration, blocked periods and existing appointments. Block lunch breaks and days away instead of accepting requests you cannot fulfill. Check the public booking page after changing your schedule.
Explain the customer journey
The customer selects a service, date and available time, then enters their name and phone in the next step. No customer account or password is required. Explain what the appointment includes. A submitted request and a confirmed appointment are different states: customers should follow the status shown for their request.
Check Activity as part of your routine
Review requests before starting work and between appointments. Confirm or reject them promptly, then mark completed services accurately. Enable notifications on compatible devices, but still check Activity if delivery is delayed. On iPhone, add Seeno to your Home Screen before enabling web notifications. The dashboard remains your reference for the latest request status.
