Your small business online: a practical checklist for Morocco
Help customers find your offers, location and next step from their phone.
Seeno · October 7, 2026Answer the customer's questions first
What do you offer, how much does it cost, where are you, and how can someone order or book? Make those answers easy to find before writing a long introduction. A café needs a readable menu; a barber needs clear services and appointment options. A good business page makes the next action obvious.
Prepare the essentials
Gather your business name, logo, a landscape photo, address, phone and weekly hours. Write a short description in your customers' language. Start with a small, accurate catalogue rather than waiting for every offering. Check prices and service durations before publishing; hide anything you cannot currently provide.
Choose ordering or booking carefully
Use ordering for products and quantities, such as takeaway food. Use booking for a service at a specific time. A restaurant taking table bookings should explain that the reservation is for a visit, not a takeaway order. On Seeno, choose the system during setup: it cannot be switched later from the dashboard.
Test, share and update
Ask someone unfamiliar with your business to find your prices and address on a phone, then try the customer journey without help. Share the published link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp and printed materials. Review the page whenever prices, opening hours or contact details change. A current, useful page earns more trust than a page left untouched.
